Responsibilities
Provide support for complex technical issues and initiatives
Use diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore service or data to systems
Evaluate service level agreement criteria and identify gaps in current technology processes
Write queries to extract and validate data loads, and complete project sizing
Update and write documentation and procedures, and assist with related training
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues using general guidelines
Participate in writing test scripts and maintaining change or issue logs
Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
5 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred
Experience with providing technical systems support within a technology organization
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to applications, systems, databases, and other technical products
Experience in participating in migrations, upgrades, installations, and configurations
