Disqualify beginners, low-ticket sellers, and non-serious prospects
Book high-quality demos for Account Executives
Protect the sales team’s time by filtering correctly
Respond to inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email
Ask structured qualification questions around:
Average deal size ($1,000+ required)
Weekly customer volume
Current financing setup and decline rates
Decision-maker access
Identify urgency and buying intent
Disqualify non-ICP leads quickly and professionally
Book qualified demos on the calendar
Log accurate notes and outcomes in the CRM
Follow up with warm, high-intent leads who haven’t booked yet
Qualification
Required
SDR, appointment-setting, or inbound sales experience
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Understand SaaS or FinTech sales concepts (or learn fast)
Motivated by commission and performance
Can disqualify confidently without hesitation
Follow systems and scripts while thinking critically
