USA_Product Specialist
VARITE INC is seeking a Product Specialist to establish partnerships with Product Owners and ensure quality service of the PMs supporting MedTech and AD Capabilities. The role involves creating and managing project plans, assisting with cost management, and vendor management, while following the JJ Agile SDLC methodology.

Responsibilities
Establishes partnerships with the Product Owners| be an advisor towards delivering and maturing in the product model
Help ensure quality service of the PMs supporting MedTech and AD Capabilities| with consistency in standards and tools
Help create and manage project plans| tracking| status| risks| issue| planning contingencies| change requests| scope management and engages in escalation process
Stake holder partnership to include assisting with tracking and reporting which will be vital for providing visibility to the team and Leadership
Assist with cost management with Finance teams to help ensure the project remains on budget
Cross team coordination with members across North America| Latin America| EMEA| and ASPACLiaise with the internal JJ Project teams as well as JJ Technology Services
Assist with vendor management including external suppliers for systems build| test| and deployment
Understand and follow the JJ Agile SDLC methodology and system validation procedures/deliverables (TQ)
Review and intake requirements into Jira backlog for planning and execution
Requirements to come from previous business analysis phases and approved changes from the product owner and sponsors
Assist with deep dive to understand how the system and timeline dependencies of one groups deliverables or timelines impact others
Assist with requirements gathering| analyzing| and documenting current and future state business processAssist with Data Analysis and modelling to help ensure data integrity and GAP analysis
Assist with creating and maintaining an RTM to track the relationship between requirements and other project Artifacts
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations
Creating materials to support training and adoption of new systems or processes
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of experience
Cyber Security skills
Establishes partnerships with the Product Owners

Help create and manage project plans, tracking, status, risks, issue, planning contingencies, change requests, scope management and engages in escalation process
Stakeholder partnership to include assisting with tracking and reporting which will be vital for providing visibility to the team and Leadership
Assist with cost management with Finance teams to help ensure the project remains on budget

Liaise with the internal JJ Project teams as well as JJ Technology Services
