The individual will be responsible for performing a wide range of licensing functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and managing document processes related to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).

Responsibilities
Responsible for series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 50%
Oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 20%
Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information. 5%
Work with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations 10%
Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request. 2%
Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals. 5%
Review and respond to licensing related correspondence 5%
Perform other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management. 3%
Qualification
Required
Experience working with government agencies (federal, state, or local)
Strong electronic filing and document management skills
License renewal experience (WIC highly preferred)
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
