Responsibilities
Support cost control and schedule functions for engineering and construction projects
Monitor and report project costs on a weekly basis
Develop and maintain project progress, financial, and earned value reporting
Participate in project, supplier, and contractor meetings
Review, track, and process invoices, receipts, and progress payments
Implement and administer change control related to scope, budget, and schedule
Coordinate verification of equipment and material deliveries
Review third-party inspection reports and ensure compliance
Audit and close out project commitments throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with invoice processing and goods receipt compliance
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of project-related experience (construction industry preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting engineering, construction, or operations teams
Oil & gas industry experience a plus
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, dependable, and able to work under pressure
