Responsibilities
Owning end-to-end email campaign execution across multiple brands
Managing campaign calendars, deadlines, approvals, and follow-ups
Writing or adapting email copy within existing brand guidelines
Coordinating light design needs with internal resources
Performing thorough QA to ensure accurate, error-free sends
Proactively following up when approvals, assets, or inputs are blocking progress
Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
Communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively—no surprises
Flagging issues early and resetting timelines calmly when needed
Using systems, workflows, and AI tools to stay organized and efficient
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years experience in email marketing (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
Experience owning campaigns end-to-end
Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
Comfort managing multiple brands simultaneously
Clear, neutral, professional communication style
Ability to push back when timing, scope, or inputs don't align
Preferred
Experience working with technical, product-led, or detail-oriented brands is a plus
