Responsibilities
Own interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams while navigating complex calendars and shifting priorities with calmness and clarity
Manage job postings, requisitions, stages, and data integrity in Ashby
Execute a world class candidate experience by serving as the primary guide for candidates, anticipating questions, removing friction, and ensuring every interaction with Bubble is warm, clear, and memorable
Build scalable recruiting operations by documenting processes, developing templates, identifying workflow friction, piloting new tools, and driving automation to help the team move faster and smarter
Own recruiting data cleanliness and integrity to power accurate reporting, surface funnel trends, and identify bottlenecks
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and cross functional teams to keep hiring on track
Assist with sourcing projects, employer branding initiatives, and future emerging career programs
Qualification
Required
1 to 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative roles ideally within a fast paced and ambiguous tech company or startup
A proven ability to manage complex scheduling in fast moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational instincts with a love for clean data, polished emails, and airtight processes
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong judgment about when to escalate versus solve independently
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Curiosity, growth mindset, and interest in building a long term career in recruiting or recruiting operations, paired with comfort researching solutions and using generative AI to work smarter
Comfort with automation, tooling, and data analysis including templates, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and pattern spotting
Preferred
Worked in an ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
Partnered closely with recruiters
Helped document and scale processes at a growing company
