Financial Analyst
Infinitek Limited is involved in a $25 billion global energy project and is seeking an Associate in Finance to manage complex financial structures. This role involves developing financial models, engaging with stakeholders, and executing major financing processes while supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own and refine detailed project finance models, including debt sculpting, multi-tranche waterfalls, and advanced sensitivity analyses
Evaluate critical commercial drivers such as supply agreements, capacity assumptions, EPC capex, construction timelines, and operating structures
Develop board-level materials and presentations used in major strategic and financing decisions
Play a hands-on role in executing a multi-billion-dollar financing process from start to close
Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, Construction, and Operations teams
Coordinate and manage engagement with lenders, investors, and external advisors
Help build best-in-class financial systems, templates, and processes
Support high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
Advanced financial modeling skills with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
Comfortable producing polished materials for senior executives and boards
Highly analytical, organized, and confident communicating complex ideas clearly
Preferred
MBA or CFA a strong plus
VBA or Python a bonus
Background in energy or infrastructure finance is advantageous, but not required
