Responsibilities
Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI
Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work
Collect and maintain CI records for the work area, including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues
Collect data about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities
Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget
Identify waste in processes and work to remove it
Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau, and Lean Six Sigma
