Responsibilities
Own and lead the product development process and merchandising from concept through production across all men’s/women’s categories
Lead design to ensure product vision is translated into technically sound, scalable garments
Build and manage seasonal development calendars, milestones, and deliverables
Lead fabric and trim development, vendor selection, and factory partnerships
Oversee creation and approval of tech packs, BOMs, and fit standards
Direct fittings and make final fit and construction decisions
Drive cost engineering to achieve margin targets without compromising quality
Identify risks early and implement solutions across development and production
Mentor and manage product development team members and external partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product development experience in women's/men's apparel
Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships
Deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabric development
Strong experience working with overseas manufacturers
Ability to balance creative direction with operational execution
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience in men's/women's athleisure, activewear, or contemporary apparel
Expertise in performance fabrics and technical garments
Experience scaling product lines for growing brands
Strong understanding of costing, margins, and production planning
