Responsibilities

Create and process sales orders accurately in SAP
Issue timely order confirmations to customers
Monitor Automatic Order Confirmation (AOC) and ensure compliance
Track and verify manual order confirmations
Record and communicate any delays proactively
Perform corrections on sales orders to maintain data integrity
Conduct internal reviews of sales orders for accuracy
Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for complex sales orders
Focus on improvements where performance is below target
Analyse air freight orders to optimize cost and delivery timelines
Ensure shipment mode aligns with customer expectations and company standards
Generate debit memos for PCW positions to maintain financial accuracy
Collaborate with SCM and Operations teams to handle material requirements efficiently
Monitor safety stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure smooth production flow

Required

B.COM / Diploma Engineer (Any Stream) with Diploma in Supply chain management
3 to 5 years of experience
Willingness to travel within India and internationally
Experience working in an engineering company
Proficiency in SAP PP module
Proficiency in MS applications
Strong command of written and spoken English
