Senior LevelSPX FLOW, Inc. is seeking a hands-on finance leader to support a $350M global manufacturing business. The Site Controller will partner with site leadership on operational finance, manage month-end close processes, and drive revenue forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities
Partner with site leadership on operational finance, margins & costing
Own month-end close with Genpact, reviewing BS/IS & controls
Lead sales order costing, expense approvals & cost center reviews
Drive weekly revenue forecasting, quarterly outlooks & annual budget
Support audits, technical accounting & process improvements
Lead 1 direct report; influence cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Hands-on finance leader experience
Experience in manufacturing finance (automotive or quick-turn)
Strong costing & operational understanding
Experience with SAP FI/CO (sales order detail)
Experience with HANA Reporting
Experience with OneStream / Hyperion
Ability to partner with site leadership on operational finance, margins & costing
Ownership of month-end close with Genpact, reviewing BS/IS & controls
Leadership in sales order costing, expense approvals & cost center reviews
Ability to drive weekly revenue forecasting, quarterly outlooks & annual budget
Support for audits, technical accounting & process improvements
Leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional teams
Preferred
CPA or public accounting background
