Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims payments
Research and resolve complex inquiries regarding coordination of benefits, claim denials, and payment issues
Assist members in locating network dentists and primary care providers
Guide customers on how to use self-service tools and understand their coverage
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and set expectations for follow-up
Qualification
Required
2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
1+ years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously and troubleshoot basic equipment issues independently
Professional verbal and written skills are a must
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Knowledge of Dental/Medical terminology
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid
Background in claims, billing, or coding
