Responsibilities

Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code for automation tests
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Provide feedback on which test cases should be automated
Helps set the standards for their team
Identify and suggest areas of improvement for themselves or their teams
Work within an existing WDIO Test Automation framework
Go to the person on the team when dealing with problems
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs
Assist in triage of issues
Work with the team to help solve problems discovered in the QA process

Required

5+ years of QA/testing experience in software quality assurance automation
Ability to communicate well and be capable of delivering feedback to the manager and peers
Extensive experience with testing modern applications/data
Experience in testing web and mobile applications (Android/iOS)
Familiarity with operating within an automation test framework
Experience with CI/CD methodologies
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Performance and/or Security testing is a plus
