Regional General Manager (Los Angeles)
Zócalo Health is a tech-driven healthcare provider focused on serving the Latino community. The Regional General Manager will lead regional strategies for patient acquisition, manage community engagement, and ensure effective service delivery while fostering partnerships within the community.

Responsibilities
Own the regional patient acquisition strategy with a focus on building trust, visibility, and connection in the community
Analyze regional trends, population data, referral patterns, and community partnerships to inform outreach and engagement priorities
Develop and deploy campaigns, partnership models, and outreach tactics tailored to the region’s unique needs—collaborating with Central Marketing and Business Development as needed
Set and monitor acquisition targets, iterate based on performance data, and mobilize resources accordingly
Provide direct leadership to Community Engagement Managers and Community Partnerships Managers, guiding performance, coaching, and development
Ensure alignment and accountability for daily execution while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and community-centered service
Coordinate dotted-line partners (e.g., CHWs, Customer Support, Implementation) to align regional workflows and service delivery with strategic goals
Lead the regional operating rhythm, including pipeline meetings, claims reviews, and escalation forums to remove barriers and accelerate impact
Collaborate with central teams to align on resourcing, budget, staffing plans, and strategic initiatives while advocating for region-specific needs
Translate enterprise-wide strategies into local execution plans with clear KPIs and milestones
Build and sustain relationships with community leaders, community based organizations, referral partners, hospitals, and local institutions
Represent the organization in external forums and contribute to thought leadership and brand reputation in the region
Identify opportunities for new partnerships, events, and community programs that support growth and awareness
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in healthcare, population health, public health, or community-based services, with a strong track record of regional growth and team leadership
Demonstrated success designing and executing outreach or patient acquisition strategies tailored to underserved communities or populations
Deep understanding of local health and social service landscape, with existing relationships or the ability to quickly build strong regional networks
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field-based or distributed teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into regional action plans and measurable results
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
