Sales Account Executive
GoodUnited is hiring a Sales Athlete for their team. In this role, you will sell directly to nonprofit executives, managing deals from discovery through close while driving impactful conversations around social fundraising.

Responsibilities
Own qualified opportunities from discovery to close
Run a clean, structured sales process (no hope-based selling)
Lead high-stakes conversations that reframe how nonprofits think about social fundraising
Drive clear next steps, timelines, and decisions
Partner closely with Customer Success and Services to ensure customers win
Build pipeline through events, referrals, and when the pipeline isn't full, picking up the phone
Qualification
Required
You've owned a revenue or fundraising number
You understand nonprofit fundraising realities and donor pipelines
You bring energy, urgency, and presence into conversations
You're comfortable pushing back when something doesn't make sense
You care about mission, and believe outcomes matter more than intentions
