Vice President of Global Marketing
Invico Financial Group is seeking a Global Vice President of Marketing, a high-ranking leader responsible for the company's global marketing strategy and brand building. This role involves overseeing marketing planning, brand management, and demand generation to drive brand value enhancement and business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop the company's global marketing strategy and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy and business objectives
Establish a unified global brand architecture, brand standards, and communication system
Maintain and continuously enhance the company's global brand influence and market awareness
Responsible for global demand generation and growth strategies
Develop and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and customer lifecycle management strategies
Drive direct contributions of marketing to revenue growth and market share increase
Build a global-regional-local marketing organization and collaboration mechanism
Guide and support regional marketing teams in developing localized marketing strategies
Ensure balance and consistency between global strategy and local execution
Lead global market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
Translate market and customer insights into product, pricing, and promotion strategies
Drive customer-centric end-to-end customer experience optimization
Establish a global marketing operations system and metrics system (KPIs, ROI)
Promote the application of marketing technology (MarTech), data analytics, and automation
Improve marketing efficiency, transparency, and measurability
Collaborate closely with sales, product, strategy, customer success, and other teams
Support product launch (GTM) and global market expansion
Ensure high-level synergy between marketing strategies, sales execution, and product strategy
Build and lead the global marketing management team
Cultivate marketing talent with an international perspective and professional capabilities
Create a results-oriented, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in marketing-related roles
At least 15 years of experience in global or multi-regional marketing management
Proven track record of successfully driving global brand or international business growth
Global brand and marketing strategy planning
Demand generation and growth management
Cross-cultural leadership and collaboration
Data-driven marketing and ROI management
Executive communication and influence
Preferred
MBA or overseas education background
Experience in B2B technology, software, internet, or high-end consumer goods industries
Successful track record in global brand repositioning or international market expansion
Familiarity with mainstream MarTech platforms and the digital marketing ecosystem
Fluent English and strong cross-cultural communication skills
