Responsibilities
Conducts preliminary trademark searches
Prosecutes U.S. and foreign trademark applications
Maintains U.S. and foreign trademark registrations
Coordinates with foreign counsel to establish, maintain, and enforce trademark portfolios
Assists attorneys with opposition and cancellation proceedings
Regularly provides our clients with status updates
Qualification
Required
Conducts preliminary trademark searches
Prosecutes U.S. and foreign trademark applications
Maintains U.S. and foreign trademark registrations
Coordinates with foreign counsel to establish, maintain, and enforce trademark portfolios
Assists attorneys with opposition and cancellation proceedings
Regularly provides our clients with status updates
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large trademark (foreign and domestic) portfolio
Prior experience drafting trademark applications and e-filing documents required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
