Responsibilities
Provide representation of and legal counsel to the University in practice areas such as contract, employment, and higher education law
Handle the production of records pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, subpoenas, and other legal orders
Serve as the University Counsel’s designee on the Student Assistance and Intervention Team and other University boards, committees, and councils as needed/assigned
Engage in legal review and interpretation of University Policies and Regulations
Provide training and written guidance on legal issues as needed/requested by University constituents
