The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires, partnering with various departments to prepare new employees for success from day one.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation
Ensure completion of pre-employment checks, paperwork, and system access
Serve as the main point of contact for new hires prior to and during onboarding
Partner with IT and facilities to ensure equipment, system access, and workspace readiness
Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS
Support hiring managers with onboarding timelines and expectations
Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes based on feedback
Additional duties to include maintaining internal and external company communications relating to company culture and recognition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, approachable, and employee-focused mindset
Ability to work East Coast business hours, regardless of location
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with HR systems (SAP/Successfactors)
