This role focuses on unit economics, margin performance, and operational efficiency across a multi-market portfolio, working closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Accounting.

Responsibilities
Partner with Operations and Revenue teams to support day-to-day and strategic decision making
Translate operational metrics into financial insights across properties and markets
Support finance-driven recommendations tied to pricing, staffing, and cost control
Support monthly and quarterly operating forecasts and annual budget processes
Build and maintain detailed financial models related to:
Property- and market-level unit economics
Contribution margin and profitability
Labor, vendor, and operating cost drivers
Assist with modeling for new markets, property onboarding, and operational initiatives
Prepare recurring reporting packages for leadership highlighting key KPIs, including:
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR
Property-level profitability and margin trends
Variance analysis versus forecast and budget
Provide clear, concise commentary explaining financial and operational results
Analyze operating expenses and cost-to-serve by market and property
Identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiencies
Support pricing, fee structure, and cost optimization initiatives
Partner with Accounting to ensure forecast-to-actual alignment
Support ad hoc analysis, board materials, and investor reporting as needed
Contribute to reporting automation and process improvements as the business scales
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or analytics
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, travel, or other multi-unit operating environments strongly preferred
Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
