Responsibilities

PEO Employee Onboarding and Ongoing Administration
Maintain operational excellence for all ongoing PEO employee processes:
Candidate Oversight: Act as the liaison between recruiting and HR Operations to ensure seamless candidate transitions
New Hire Onboarding: Manage background checks and coordinate the onboarding process with Talent Operations and HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
Compensation Administration: Facilitate timely and accurate processing of Bonus, Long-Term Incentive (LTI), and Commissions payments in partnership with Revenue Operations, HRBPs, and Compensation teams
Procurement & Invoicing: Manage Coupa requisitions and ensure accurate, ongoing invoicing for each PEO worker
Global Expansion Management
Program manage and execute the launch of new countries for both PEO and direct employment

Required

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Understanding of PEO processes

Primary operational point of contact for PEO employee lifecycle management
Program manage and assist in various HR Operations programs and projects
Candidate Oversight: Act as the liaison between recruiting and HR Operations

Preferred

5+ years in HR Operations or Program Management
Deep understanding of PEO models and multi-country administration
Workday experience required; Coupa or similar procurement system experience a plus
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
Knowledge of global employment practices
