Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary financial analysis and due diligence for potential transactions
Assemble and maintain comparable lease and sale transaction data
Analyze market and sub-market trends, consolidating key market data to support investment strategy
Manage post-acquisition analysis and communication with Asset and Property Management teams
Assist with third-party diligence requests, including ESA/PCA intake and SOVs
Support equity raise efforts and ensure timely provision of analysis and data
Update financial aspects of investor relations decks and ensure consistency in investor reporting
Benchmark performance against public and non-traded REITs and other indices
Draft transaction-specific closing announcements for the Marketing team
Support the FP&A and Financial Reporting teams during quarterly reporting and valuation processes
Review appraisals, book values, construction spend, and consolidated financials
Ensure accuracy of portfolio metrics and provide support for lender compliance and audit reporting
Assist with annual budget processes, variance analysis, and Argus model updates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investments
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance fundamentals, including DCF, capitalization rates, and transaction analysis
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to present complex financial data clearly and professionally
A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in business, finance, economics, or real estate
Preferred
Argus Enterprise experience is a plus but not required
