Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
Perform professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities by identifying accurate job descriptions to search firms, working with candidates, organizing interviews, extending job offers
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence

Required

Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Must live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL as no per diem or relocation assistance is being offered
Must have experience recruiting for IT positions
Bachelor's degree in human resources, related field of study, or equivalent work experience
Must have at least 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
Complete SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) or PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification
Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
Must have experience gaining the confidence of all levels of management through performance
Excellent knowledge of HR operations and administrations
