Resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and providing user support for desktop computers and associated systems
Addressing inquiries, following up to ensure resolution, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Assisting with technical support and contributing to a seamless user experience
Qualification
Required
Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to effectively assist users with IT-related issues
Strong abilities in Troubleshooting and resolving challenges efficiently and effectively
Experience with Desktop Computers, including configuration, maintenance, and problem-solving
Excellent Customer Support skills to communicate clearly and professionally with users of varying technical proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are advantageous
