Required

Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to effectively assist users with IT-related issues

Experience with Desktop Computers, including configuration, maintenance, and problem-solving
Excellent Customer Support skills to communicate clearly and professionally with users of varying technical proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are advantageous
