Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with glazing contractors, architects, and industry partners
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of a project
Provide pricing, project support, and technical information to customers and internal teams
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
Communicate market feedback, opportunities, and customer needs with accuracy and urgency
Manage activity and opportunities using internal systems
Travel locally within the DFW market to customer sites, job sites, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Customer-facing experience in sales, account management, or a relationship-driven role
Confidence in communicating with a wide range of customers and decision-makers
Organized, reliable, and ownership of territory
Enjoy learning and not intimidated by technical products
Positive attitude and personality that fits a close-knit, hardworking team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Outside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
