Qualification
Required
At a minimum must have completed Florida's pre-licensing courses and is in need of a supervisor to complete training in order to advance to Certified Residential Appraiser
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and property values
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently
Certification or license as a Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Florida
Preferred
Familiarity with appraisal software and industry tools is a plus
