Responsibilities
Deliver programs within constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
Manage project scope definition, requirements gathering, and project schedule development
Track progress reports and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed launch plans, track existing bugs, and partner with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
PMP or PMI certification
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree
Proven people management and team building skills
Experience with software development lifecycle
