Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and translate non-healthcare regulatory requirements into actionable insights for AI training modules
Conduct policy research to identify emerging regulations across sectors such as energy, finance, technology, telecom, transportation, and manufacturing
Develop and review compliance strategies, internal policies, and regulatory documentation for inclusion in AI datasets
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate regulatory obligations and ensure accuracy and consistency of training data
Prepare compliance reports, regulatory filings, risk assessments, and audit-ready documentation for varied operational scenarios
Provide real-world regulatory examples and compliance risk perspectives to support AI model development
Stay current on regulatory trends and contribute subject-matter expertise to continuous AI improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs within non-healthcare sectors (e.g., energy, finance, tech, telecom, transportation, manufacturing, public policy)
Strong ability to interpret and apply laws, standards, and regulations to business operations or products
Proven experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance strategies
Expertise in preparing compliance documentation, audit materials, and risk assessments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex regulations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to summarize regulatory developments clearly
Bachelor's degree or higher in law, public policy, business, compliance, engineering, environmental science, or a related field
