Technology Support Specialist II
Hansen Talent Group is seeking an onsite Technology Support Specialist II to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role requires a strong technical support background paired with excellent customer communication skills to troubleshoot and restore technical services and equipment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and restore technical services and equipment using documented processes
Resolve application, hardware, and software issues; escalate when business impact warrants
Research, respond to, and document customer requests
Maintain and update knowledge base and call tracking systems
Proactively monitor systems, servers, and networks to prevent outages
Analyze data to understand business impact and identify service gaps
Qualification
Required
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven experience providing technical guidance and informal user training
Understanding of business systems and technical environments
Ability to document processes clearly and keep documentation current
Proficient with common enterprise applications and systems
Technical support experience
Preferred
Experience with Citrix
VPN troubleshooting
Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams)
