Accounts Payable Administrator
Dudley Construction, Ltd. is a prominent general contracting firm in Central Texas, serving both public and private clients. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage financial transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records while supporting the finance team in ensuring efficient payment processes.
Responsibilities
Managing financial transactions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor payments
Maintaining accurate financial records
Verifying expense reports
Coordinating communication with vendors
Supporting the finance team in ensuring efficient payment processes and compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting tasks, including familiarity with accounting systems and tools
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to correspond with vendors and internal teams effectively
Experience in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team environment, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role is an advantage
Previous experience in Construction administration is a plus but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
