Responsibilities

Assist with client service requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support client communications related to account activity, paperwork, and service needs
Help educate clients on firm services, processes, and account-related matters
Escalate complex issues to advisors or senior team members as appropriate
Assist with account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movement requests
Prepare, process, and track client documentation with a high level of accuracy
Follow-up on outstanding client and advisor requests to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers on service items
Provide operational and administrative support to the advisory team
Follow firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to support firm-wide goals and initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
2-5 years of experience in financial services, client service, or a related professional role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Client-focused mindset with professionalism and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Series 65 license or willingness to obtain
Familiarity with CRM systems, custodial platforms and financial services workflows
Interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
