Software Engineer -Hybrid

Responsibilities
Help lead Vivint’s next-generation infrastructure
Build, scale, and maintain the core services that drive our IoT platform
Design systems to handle high-performance scaling
Implement advanced monitoring solutions
Drive improvements across Platform engineering to ensure high availability and resilience
Partner with teams across Vivint—including mobile, embedded, and data services—to support seamless integrations with our Smart Home ecosystem
Innovate and work with innovative technologies while solving real-world challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role
Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages, with the ability to solve complex problems and write maintainable code
Ability to learn and work with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
