Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the HR file room
Lead the physical setup and 'clean-out' of desks and workspaces
Manage the department's physical inventory, including promotional items, office supplies, and training materials
Serve as the active voice of the 'HRXpert' phone line, triaging employee calls and resolving issues with speed and a 'can-do' attitude
Physically arrange furniture, coordinate catering deliveries, and manage the cleanup for internal training and employee events
Qualification
Required
Physical Agility: You must be comfortable being on your feet for long periods, moving around a large campus, and performing manual labor (lifting file boxes up to 10 pounds, organizing storage areas, and desk clean-outs)
The 'Clean-Up' Mindset: You are someone who sees a messy storage closet and can't wait to fix it. You take pride in making spaces functional
Experience: 5+ years in high-volume administration, facility support, or operations where 'getting your hands dirty' was a key part of the culture
Resourcefulness: You have a 'see a gap, fill a gap' attitude. You don't wait for a manual; you jump in and solve the problem
Reliability: You are excited about a high-impact, 6-month project and are ready to hit the ground running on Day 1
