They are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join their sales team, focusing on managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Manage and support an established base of active customer accounts, including but not limited to landscapers, contractors, and garden centers
Focus approximately 80 % of efforts on maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, with 20 % dedicated to developing new customer accounts
Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and text inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to provide product knowledge, pricing, availability, and order fulfillment support
Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Bennett’s Creek Nursery’s reputation for quality products and dependable service
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service and account management
Strong phone and email communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Basic proficiency in order entry systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Senior Inside Sales Representative candidates should demonstrate advanced sales experience, strong account management skills, and the ability to handle complex customer relationships
Preferred
Knowledge of horticulture, agriculture, nursery operations, or related plant sciences
