Responsibilities
Partnering closely with product and data teams to understand requirements, translate them into robust technical solutions
Developing models for deduplication, entity aliasing, list normalization, ranking, and scoring
Integrating models into scalable services and workflows
Deploying and monitoring models' performance and iterating based on data-driven insights
The role also involves writing clean, well-documented code, establishing best practices for experimentation and evaluation, and providing ongoing support for deployed models in a production environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Masters degree in data or information science, statistics, engineering, econometrics, or a related field
Proven experience (3-5 years) in machine learning and NLP
Must be strong in traditional ML concepts and NLP techniques
Demonstrable experience in languages such as Typescript, Python
Working knowledge of big-data cloud platforms such as Big query and AWS
Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying LLMs for complex applications
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines
