Community & Operations Intern
Project Vanguard is a national grassroots and grasstops network advancing American energy security through an all-of-the-above energy strategy. The Community & Operations Intern will support community engagement and internal operations while working closely with the Chief of Staff, focusing on moderation, social media, event support, and volunteer coordination.

Responsibilities
Support moderation of the Project Vanguard Slack community
Encourage engagement and interaction among members
Assist with onboarding new members
Assist with social media scheduling and amplification
Monitor comments and support timely responses
Identify content opportunities from events and community activity
Support volunteer committee chairs for conferences and events
Assist with coordination and logistics
Track volunteer participation
Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination
Support fellowship engagement and follow-ups
Assist with onboarding new members
Support outreach and follow-up communications
Assist with maintaining and updating records in HubSpot
Support basic reporting and data hygiene
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate, or equivalent experience (ideally a veteran, but not required)
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
Interest in community building, advocacy, or veterans' issues
