Responsibilities
Support project managers in planning, executing, and tracking projects within manufacturing and/or logistics environments
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Maintain project documentation, plans, risk logs, and status reports using standard project management tools
Track project tasks, action items, and dependencies, following up with stakeholders to ensure accountability
Provide timely communication to team and cross-functional teams
Monitor project progress and flag potential risks, delays, or resource constraints to the project manager
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of solid BA experience
Experience performing as a Project Coordinator
Support Project Manager(s) or Project team
Ability to manage own project
Manufacturing and/or logistics background
Support project managers in planning, executing, and tracking projects within manufacturing and/or logistics environments
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Maintain project documentation, plans, risk logs, and status reports using standard project management tools
Track project tasks, action items, and dependencies, following up with stakeholders to ensure accountability
Provide timely communication to team and cross-functional teams
Monitor project progress and flag potential risks, delays, or resource constraints to the project manager
