Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals, and market opportunities
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth planning, market positioning, and business development initiatives
Drive new business acquisition, client retention, and market share expansion across key sectors and regions
Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including regional and national sales leaders
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales productivity, conversion rates, and profitability
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting processes
Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and alignment with business objectives
Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and optimize customer experience
Contribute to product development and pricing strategies through customer insights and market feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive-level management
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion
Experience developing and managing large, distributed sales teams
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and sales enablement tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
