Responsibilities
Setting up, operating, and maintaining various corporate AV systems
Managing video conferencing systems
Troubleshooting technical issues
Ensuring the smooth functionality of AV equipment such as projectors, mics, and displays
Collaborating with team members and adhering to safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and experience with managing and setting up AV equipment
Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
Knowledge and experience with Video Conferencing platforms and equipment
Attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Preferred
Relevant certifications in audio, video, or lighting systems are a plus
Prior experience in an AV technician role or a related field is highly desirable
