Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations
Take and defend depositions
Attend and argue hearings, arbitrations, and trials
Communicate directly with clients and carriers
Work with partners on litigation strategy, case development, and firm growth
Take ownership of your cases and develop trial skills quickly
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing
3–5+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
