Responsibilities
Provide WebEx-based product training to customers and internal bank personnel on cash management products and services
Support Cash Management Online Banking services, including customer setup and ongoing system monitoring
Resolve customer and internal issues related to cash management products within assigned authority
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product development initiatives
Monitor product usage, system performance, and operational reports
Perform routine daily operational tasks, including report review and correspondence preparation
Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations
Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in cash management, treasury services, or banking operations
Strong technical aptitude with online banking platforms
Ability to deliver virtual training and provide customer-facing support
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
