Responsibilities
Supporting our daily operations across legal, human resources, and compliance
General administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars
Plan events
Maintain databases
Assist with the preparation and tracking of lending license applications and renewals
Facilitate client onboarding and offboarding processes while gathering documentation for annual reporting needs
Serve as the main point of contact for IHF for a Cause
Coordinate travel
Support vendor management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role, particularly within financial services
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
An associates degree
