They are seeking a Provisional Employee as a Customer Service Representative to coordinate activities necessary for sales, service, and distribution support to customers while managing customer purchase orders and fostering collaboration with sales and internal partners.

Responsibilities
Manage customer purchase orders, including order entry to invoicing, customer requests, inquiries, complaints and enter forecasts
Analysis of inventory and customer demand
Partner with Sales in support of customer needs
Manage customer records with customer and internal partners
Foster teamwork and collaboration
Back up colleagues as needed
Travel on an infrequent basis in support of sales efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral required
Excellent computer skills including strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, able to multi-task in a dynamic business environment and work well with others
Individual must have the ability to contribute independently and within a team environment
Preferred
Business, Supply Chain, International Business, Sales, Marketing preferred
SAP and Sales Force experience desired
Relevant customer service, sales, supply chain or manufacturing experience is valued but not required
Relevant product knowledge is valued but not required
Coursework completed in chemistry, engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations or supply chain management, advanced degree, and APICS certifications considered a plus
