Responsibilities
Unload containers, verify inventory counts, and prepare stock for storage
Handle incoming/outgoing shipments using forklifts or manually as needed
Identify and verify parts (primarily through part number matching)
Print and apply inventory labels
Scan and upload parts to shelving locations
Organize and place parts in designated warehouse zones
Operate stacker equipment as needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Perform all tasks in accordance with established warehouse processes and safety guidelines
Pull, label, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and mobile computers
Manage channel specific order processing (e.g., FBA, palletizing, and labeling)
Conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy
Operate sit down forklifts and reach trucks for loading/unloading and warehouse stocking
Package, label, and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments
Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and order documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with operational guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 year of general warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing for long periods
Familiar with RF scanners, mobile computers, and order processing systems
Ability to prepare shipping/customs paperwork
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass background checks, drug screening, and E-Verification
Preferred
Valid Forklift Operator's License preferred
Experience with domestic and foreign shipments, UPS/FedEx/Common carrier shipping a bonus
Experience with basic computer/SAP/inventory system is a bonus
2+ years of related warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
