Responsibilities
Develop and review robotics and mechatronics content to support AI training and evaluation
Create practical exercises, project-based tasks, and real-world scenarios covering robotics fundamentals
Guide the design and implementation of control algorithms, motion planning, and automation workflows
Demonstrate integration of microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and real-time embedded systems
Support troubleshooting across hardware and software environments including ROS, CAN, I2C, SPI, PWM, and embedded firmware
Collaborate asynchronously with AI and research teams, providing structured feedback and domain expertise
Stay current with robotics and automation advancements to continuously improve training materials
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering
Strong proficiency in embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and sensor–actuator integration
Solid mechanical design skills with experience in 3D modeling tools and kinematics
Advanced understanding of control systems, motion planning, and robotics automation workflows
Hands-on experience with robotics programming languages and simulation environments
Familiarity with common robotics communication protocols and embedded firmware development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and mentorship
Educational background in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Computer Engineering
