Accurately processing vendor invoices and payments
Reconciling schedules and general ledger accounts
Managing customer payments and ensuring timely collections
Monitoring past due
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualification
Required
Automotive dealership accounting
Accounts Payable/Receivable: 3 years (Required)
Must be knowledgeable, dependable, and pass a background check to include credit
Professional appearance a must
True Accounting knowledge is required
Preferred
Previous automotive dealer experience and CDK knowledge is preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
