Responsibilities
Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, animations, and short-form video content optimized for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
Support the creation of templates, banners, infographics, and other branded materials that align with Intivio’s visual identity
Assist with adapting existing assets for various formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement
Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and creative briefs
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas and concepts
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely publication of marketing materials
Ensure all design work adheres to Intivio’s brand guidelines, visual standards, and messaging frameworks
Conduct quality checks and revisions based on feedback to deliver polished and professional content
Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific best practices to continuously improve asset quality
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or equivalent tools
Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their creative requirements
Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience creating assets specifically for social media marketing campaigns
Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus
Familiarity with brand guidelines and digital content workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
