They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to join their service team at Quiet Waters Landing, responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing units for move-in.

Responsibilities
Respond to maintenance work orders
Perform preventative maintenance as directed
Prepare units for move-in
HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall
Electrical repairs
Upkeep and repair of appliances
Plumbing work
Painting common areas and apartments
Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
Assisting with snow removal
Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license, vehicle and travel required
Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment
Required to work on ladders, lift to a height up to 85'
High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years' experience on site maintenance required
Preferred
Excellent customer service skills required
At least 3 years prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred
